 Can I customize my order to match my party theme?
While we don’t currently offer custom themes, we’re always dreaming up new ways to sprinkle magic into our collection. Feel free to share your ideas with us, and who knows? Your fairy planner friend might just grant your wish for future themes!

 

Cleaning Process
We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our vintage items. Our tableware for dining, such as: plates , large dishes, glasses, & smaller dishes, are hand-washed with a gentle sanitizing dish soap and dried with individual clean microfiber cloths and towelettes. Fabric-materials and table coverings are professionally dry cleaned. Additionally, our dinner napkins are complimentary and do not need to be returned. Dinner napkins may not be included in every bundle - please refer to the product description. 

How does your service promote sustainability?
By providing items for rent, we encourage customers to opt for reusing rather than purchasing disposable or no-longer-needed items that contribute to waste. Additionally, our cleaning process ensures that each item can be enjoyed by multiple customers, extending its lifespan.

Packaging
Using plastic bubble wrap is not what we want but as a small self-funded businesses this is the most resourceful way to limit damages during transit. In the future we hope to make the packaging cuter and with less plastic.

We believe in the power of reuse, which is why we encourage our customers to return their rented items in the same packaging they received them in. We only change the packaging when necessary, ensuring that each piece of packaging is given multiple uses before being recycled or replaced.

Please note, while our tableware adds charm and character to your gatherings,  imperfections may be present due to their age, history and nature of the business. Additionally our tableware rentals may exhibit minor imperfections or stains due to previous use. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate the unique beauty of each piece continuing its life. Vintage sales are final.

I curate my collection from a variety of sources, including thrift stores, yard sales, garage sales, secondhand sellers, etc. By sourcing from diverse outlets, I ensure a unique one-of-a-kind selection for my customers. Choosing to rent offers several advantages over shopping individually with these retailers. Firstly, I meticulously handpick each item to ensure quality and style consistency, saving you the time and effort of sifting through countless options and Pinterest boards. Additionally, renting allows you to access a curated collection, eliminating the hassle of purchasing and storing items that may only be used once. Plus, with our rental service, you can enjoy the convenience of having everything delivered to your doorstep, ready to elevate your gathering with ease.
